Saw Plates: Thickness
Specification
Plate thickness shall be as specified, ± 0.001″ for strob saws and +0.000/-0.001 for guided saws. The saw shall be measured in a minimum of 3 places as shown.
Measurements should be approximately 120° apart using a standard or deep throat 0-1″ micrometer.
A minimum of three measurement points is required.
X1 is approximately one inch from the edge.
X2 is approximately one inch from the bore (center hole, etc.)
X3 is approxmintely mid-span.
